Memorandum of Agreement Signed between Y's Worth Corporation, Sri Lanka Embassy and SLBCJ.

Today we signed Memorandum of Agreement with the Y's Worth Corporation, The Embassy of Sri Lanka in Tokyo and the SLBCJ to provide Consultancy services for Market understanding, Product Development and promotion of Sri Lankan Handicrafts to Japan market.
SLBCJ take this opportunity to thank Mr. Samantha Wijesekara Minister Counsellor (Commercial) for giving SLBCJ this opportunity. Also special thanks for our treasure Mr. Jitendra and Vice President for Tokyo & Project in-charge Mr. Udaya Athukorala for participating for the event.
In 2019 November 16th, The SLBCJ Members Participate for the Special Meeting with Medium and Small Exporters at the EDB. This meeting was arranged by the EDB and Foreign ministry of Sri Lanka.
The president Mr. Jagath Ramanayake and Mr. Kawshal did the Presentation about the Japanese Market. Mr. Udaya Athukorala the project in-charge found many interesting products and the main was "King coconut" bottles. Mr. Weeramuni offered to donate a Japanese Tube-well drilling plant and a Japanese "Kimono" for the EDB.
Mr. Miyura offered to Rubber Carpet manufacturing company some business.
As the SLBCJ, we were asked to do an investment for a paper cutting machine as the initial projects.
