THE FIFTH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF SLBCJ WAS HELD ON 13TH DECEMBER 2008 [13 December, 2008]
The fifth annual general meeting of Sri Lanka business council of Japan was held on 13th December 2008 at the Sri Lanka embassy, 2-1-54 Takanawa, Minato-ku, Tokyo conference room (4th floor) from 4.00 pm to 6.00 p.m.
Election of new Executive Committee was held & members was appointed for the following posts.
President
Vice President (Tokyo)
Vice President (Kanagawa)
Vice President (Kansai)
Vice President (Nagoya)
Vice President (Nagano & Shikoku)
Vice President (Kyushu)
Vice President (Shizuoka)
Executive Secretary
Treasurer
At the Meeting,
Activities carried out by the Council during 2007/2008 by Mr. Jagath Ramanayake, President of SLBCJ.
Speech by H E Mr. Ranjith Uyangoda, Ambassador of Sri Lanka to Japan.
Submission of audited accounts by Mr. Nilam Alawdeen, Treasurer.
Suggestions of the members, was discussed for the year 2009.
