Sri Lanka Promotion at Hamamatsu [26 September, 2008]
Mr. Lalaka De Silva vice president for Hamamatsu of SLBCJ Organized a Gala Sir Lankan dine on the 26th September 2008. Collaborated by Sri Lankan Embassy and SLBCJ, Over 350 people participated in this event. Famous Sri Lankan ethnic dance group Channa-Upuli also preformed.
Sri Lankan ambassador His Excellency Ranjith Uyangoda was invited as the guest of honour.
Mr. Jagath Ramanayake(SLBCJ President), Mr. Prince Samual(SLBCJ Secretary) and Mr. Jitendra Samarawickrama(Vice President) was also present together with Japanese government officials & parliament ministers. Srilankan Air lines was the main sponsor in this event.
