Farewell Dinner for H.E. Ambassador Rodney M. Perera
On December 3rd, 2024, the Sri Lanka Business Council of Japan (SLBCJ) hosted a heartfelt farewell dinner at *THE GRILL TORANOMON* to honor H.E. Ambassador Rodney M. Perera for his outstanding contributions to strengthening Sri Lanka-Japan relations.
The event was graced by the presence of the Ambassador, his esteemed wife, and son. The evening featured an engaging agenda:
Welcome Addressed by Mr. Sajeev Rajaputhra and President of SLBCJ, expressed his deepest gratitude to the Ambassador for his unwavering support to the association and the Sri Lankan community in Japan.
Ambassador Perera, in his address, Acknowledged SLBCJ as one of the best associations he had the pleasure of working with. A token of appreciation was presented by Mr. Nilam Allwdeen and Vote of Thanks Delivered by Mr. Jitendra Samarawikrama.
